JPL4000L 5/6″ MIDI Light manual Jackplate:

• Two-piece, more lightweight, but strong enough to hold a 30-40HP outboard, and cost-effective design, with adjustable stainless steel screws on both sides
• Popular, entry level product for smaller bolted, three cylinders outboard on BIA standard hole pattern, even interchangeably regardless of any engine brand, recommended till 30-40Horse Power (At TOHATSU brand its up to 60HP)!
• Factory pre-drilled standard BIA hole pattern (327mm on the top, 237mm on the bottom, 203mm vertical spacing)
• Optional 2.54cm (+10mm profile thicknes) thick StarBoard Clamper plate surface for mounting smaller motors with clampered hanging (for Power Trim or gas spring motors but clampered engines)
• MADE IN USA: Made of high strength polished 6mm thick Aircraft Quality Aluminium Alloy
• Basic 5 inch setback, meaning 12,70cm transom-engine ofset, longitudal JackPlate size
• Adjustable transom angle, 6inch (15,24cm) setback on the top of the jackplate, 5inch (12,70cm) on the bottom, so can modify the basic transom angle with this possibility
  (The only jackplate which is not paraller on both side with this adjustment!)
• 1,5 inch, meaning 3,81cm basic vertical lift, basic height difference between transom, and engine side, but holes avaiable on the engine side on the same height level
• Possibility to raise the height 4 inches, 10.16 cm in parallel, through the screws on both sides of the structure for lifting the outboard engine
• Alltogether 5,50inch, so 13,97cm possible outboard engine height lifting
• Basic RAW aluminium surface, only for fresh water usage!
• Lightweight, but strong construction with a total weight of 6,00 kg, ideal for cost-effective mounting of small ranged outboard engines (30-40HP, At TOHATSU 40-50-60HP)
• The JPL4000L 5 ”is also suitable for correcting the verticality of beveled motors, or modifying transom angle
